Challonsleigh is a spacious house in an outstanding location overlooking field on the edge of extensive moorland. Situated on the fringe of Whitchurch it is less than a five minute walk from the village shop/post office and the Whitchurch Inn which serves delicious meals.

The house has recently been refurbished and fully equipped to a high standard. The Kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier, fridge/freezer, microwave, gas stove and plenty of storage space. All linen is provided. There are 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms (all with TV) with breathtaking views and the two bathrooms have baths with showers. The seperate lounge, dining room, kitchen and sunroom lead to a secluded mature gardens that surround the house.
